The functioning

• The hospital's coordination nurse contacts us to confirm your registration for home hospitalization (HAD)

• We receive your medical prescription before your treatment day and schedule your appointment in our system.

• On the day of your treatment, between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM, our nurse will contact you to check on your health status and inform you of the time slot for their visit to your home. Please ensure you are reachable: Turn on your mobile phone!

• After this call, the nurse will confirm the preparation of your treatment and go to the hospital to collect it.

• At the scheduled time, the nurse will arrive at your home with the treatment and the necessary injection equipment. Please have your identity card ready.

• The nurse will check your vital signs and record them in your medical file.

• They will stay with you for the entire duration of the treatment, follow the protocol recommendations, and adhere to the medical prescription instructions.

• At the end of the injection, the nurse will collect all hazardous medical waste before leaving your home.
